Isabel Arredondo

Communication Specialist

Ultimately, my goal is to be a voice for change—bridging the gap between youth and the support systems available to them, fostering a culture of care, and ensuring that no young person feels unheard or unsupported.

Greatest Strength
Isabel’s greatest strength is being supportive and optimistic, always striving to uplift others and create meaningful connections. She believes that by providing the youth with the right resources and support systems, we can help them navigate challenges and give them the confidence to speak up and have their voices heard.

Professional Background

As a Communication Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Isabel is passionate about fostering a community where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to express themselves.

Motivation and Vision

She hopes to make a lasting impact by working toward a safer and more inclusive community where young people have access to the help they need. Whether they are struggling with mental health, personal challenges, or simply need guidance, she wants them to have someone or something to turn to and create a space where they feel valued, heard, and supported.

Beyond working directly with youth, she also recognizes the importance of engaging with adults in the community—teachers, parents, mentors, and leaders—so they can better understand how to respond when a young person comes to them for guidance. Education, awareness, and communication are key to building a strong support system that benefits not just individuals but the community as a whole.

Why School Care Team?

As part of the School Care Team, she is committed to raising awareness about wellness and mental health and ensuring that these conversations reach as many people as possible. Through social media and marketing, she aims to spread messages of support, advocacy, and education, helping to create a culture where well- being is prioritized. By leveraging the power of digital platforms, she hopes to connect with youth and adults alike, ensuring that resources, encouragement, and knowledge are readily accessible to those who need them most.
