“As a teen, I faced anxiety and depression and remember how heavy and isolating those seasons felt. The people who supported me left a lasting impact and motivated me to be that same source of strength for others—especially young people navigating their own wellness journeys. My passion for mental health advocacy is rooted in lived experience, including the loss of several loved ones and students to suicide. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the importance of community and support. I have faith in the power of connection and the hope that, with the right support, healing is always possible.”
